Thank you very much for your continued support for hololive production and hololive 1st Generation 3rd Anniversary LIVE “from 1st” (hereinafter referred to as “the performance”).
We had taken strict precautions to ensure that the performance, scheduled for Friday, May 28, could be held with a live audience. However, the health and well-being of our talents and fans is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and in light of its recent resurgence and the re-issuance of the State of Emergency Declaration, we have made the unfortunate decision to cancel our plans to have a live audience on-location at EX THEATER ROPPONGI, and will instead hold a purely virtual concert via SPWN.
We sincerely apologize to those who have already paid for their first round live audience advance tickets. Those tickets will be refunded. Thank you all for your enthusiasm in applying for tickets.
Details regarding the refund will be provided at the end of this announcement; please be sure to read them if you have already paid for your ticket.
In addition, we will be canceling the sale of and invalidating all secondary advance, general, and day-of live audience tickets.
Instead, we plan to hold the performance on the same day (Friday, May 28) as a streaming-only virtual concert on SPWN, for which tickets are currently on sale.
However, as we cope with the changing circumstances, there is a possibility that the performance itself will be postponed or canceled. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
Furthermore, please be aware that there will be no refunds for already purchased streaming tickets in conjunction with this announcement regarding the cancelation of the live audience.
Additionally, as the performance has been changed to a virtual concert, please refrain from gathering at the venue (EX THEATER ROPPONGI) on the day of the event.
In accordance, we will also not be accepting any fan letters, presents, physical flower stands, bouquets, or the like on the day of the event.
Once again, we deeply apologize to our fans who had been looking forward to attending the event in-person, and ask for your understanding in this matter.
Refunds for live audience tickets will be issued through Lawson Ticket during the listed refund period.
Please take note of the deadline. Refunds can not be issued after this period.
■Ticket refund period
Friday, May 14, 10:00 – Monday, May 31, 11:59 PM JST
During the refund period, please visit My Page [マイページ] on the Lawson Ticket website to start the refund process. Your refund will be issued through CASH POST (See note #1).
(Note #1) CASH POST is a service provided by Econtext (Registration number: Kanto Finance Bureau Number 00030), a fund transfer service provider under the Financial Services Agency’s jurisdiction.
Please follow the below steps to complete the refund process.
Log in to your My Page [マイページ] on the sales website
* Please click the following link to log in
Select Application History [申込履歴一覧]
Select the Performance Name [公演名] for the ticket you are refunding
Under the Refund Information [払戻情報] section, select Start Refund Process [払戻手続きへ]
After confirming the price of your ticket in the Refund Status section [払戻状況]
enter your email within Email for Confirmation of Refund Process [払戻手続き案内メール宛先] and click Next [次へ]
After confirming that the information within Refund Detail Confirmation [申請内容確認] is correct, click Apply For Refund [払戻申請]
This completes the application process within Lawson Ticket.
* Steps 7 to 11 must be completed within 3 days of the completion of step 6.
You will receive an email from Lawson Ticket at the address you provided in step 6 with refund details and instructions to complete the refund process.
Please check the URL included in the email as soon as you receive it.
* The following steps take place on the CASH POST website.
Enter the Reference Number [受付番号] provided in the email from step 7 and enter the numbers displayed within the Image Authentication [画像認証]. Click Next [次へ].
After confirming that the Refund Information [受取内容] is correct, select either Deposit via Bank Transfer [銀行振込 指定口座へ入金] or Receive Refund at a Lawson [ローソン 店頭での受取り] under the Refund Method section [受取方法の選択].
* For refunds exceeding 30,000 yen, the Receive Refund at a Lawson [ローソン 店頭での受取り] option will not be available.
For those who selected Deposit via Bank Transfer [銀行振込 指定口座へ入金]
Follow the steps on the proceeding page and complete the refund process.
For those who selected Receive Refund at a Lawson [ローソン 店頭での受取り]:
Scan the applicable QR Code at a Loppi station inside Lawson stores.
After confirming that the refund amount is correct, follow the steps displayed on the Loppi station and enter your Confirmation Number [予約番号] and Phone Number [電話番号] from your original ticket purchase.
Please bring the Refund Ticket [申込券] printed by the Loppi station to a register within 30 minutes.
* Please pay special attention to your ticket and refund details while you are entering them. We are unable to provide support for issues that arise from mistakes made during this refund process.
* Please complete the entire refund process within 3 days of completing step 6. The refund can no longer be issued if the entire process is not completed within 3 days.
* Please ensure you can receive emails from the following two domains in advance. If you do not receive an email, please confirm your email settings within the aforementioned refund period.
